For over 25 years, Christel House has been dedicated to empowering children from under-resourced communities to realize their potential and transform their futures. We’ve done this by providing the comprehensive support system they need to thrive, both in school and beyond.
Our holistic model supports each of our students for 18+ years. This in-depth, whole-child approach integrates rigorous academic learning with nutrition and healthcare, life skills, social support, and college and career guidance. It鈥檚 a deep commitment that helps students demonstrate that they have limitless potential.
Our schools are at the heart of what we do, serving as the critical bridge between poverty and successful life outcomes for children in some of the most under-resourced communities around the world. We are now committed to reaching even more children with a goal of launching five new schools in the next five years.
Christel House India was founded in 2001 in Bangalore. It now has a second school in Atal Nagar and is preparing to open another school in Bangalore in 2025.

Christel House Jamaica was founded in 2020 in Spanish Town. The school serves kindergarten to grade 6 and is expanding annually to eventually serve all grades.

Christel House Mexico was founded in 1998 in Mexico City. It serves students from grades 1 to 12 and is preparing to open a second school in the city in 2025.

Christel House South Africa opened in 2002 in Cape Town. To further its impact in the Western Cape, it will double the number of high school students served on its existing campus in 2025.

Christel House鈥檚 College & Careers program has guided our students to successful careers after graduation at our current schools. Now, 番茄apps taking this proven program to non-Christel House high schools in Indianapolis. This new initiative will provide career coaching and support at four schools, beginning in high school and continuing for five years after high-school graduation.

Our comprehensive, two-year fellowship program is designed to empower interested applicants with the resources and experiences necessary to bring Christel House to two of our six target countries: Ghana, Kenya, Colombia, Peru, Nepal, and Bangladesh. Through this, we will help empower even more children to achieve their dreams.
